An IM3 Asia Desktop Engineer is an IT support role focused on providing technical assistance for client-side hardware and software, including troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of IT peripherals, and user account management.
The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to resolve user issues for clients.
Key Responsibilities
User Support:
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users, both on-site and remotely.
Technical Assistance:
Manage user accounts, provide application support, and assist with installations and migrations.
Maintenance:
Install and configure software, maintain IT peripherals, and perform data backups.
Issue Resolution:
Handle IT-related requests, track incidents, and follow up with vendors to resolve problems.
Client Interaction:
Maintain strong client relationships and provide a high level of customer service.
