Job Description
Job scope
- IT Trained with IT frontline Experience
- Support consists of IT Service management Tickets, request, walk-in, onsite, self -help desk, vip phone, hardware and software support.
- Address and resolve basic incident, walk in and request, logs all incident and request engages subject Matter expert to resolve incident that are beyond the scope of their ability or responsibilities.
- Ensure proper escalation of all tickets to respective departments promptly after gathering the necessary information done.
- Document resolution and updates self-help and knowledge base.
- Network troubleshooting both weird and wireless using fluke testing device.
- Verification of whitelisted USB device and to perform whitelisting of USB device.
- Software installation, elevated Administrator access requirements and software security compliance checking for onboarded system
- Removal and secure erasing of storage media for write off.
- Secure Token connectivity issue
- Password reset for corporate user account
- Expected to move IT equipment's with the proper handling tool.
