Responsibilities
- Provide desktop/end‑user support (hardware & software).
- Break‑fix troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and business‑critical systems.
- Software support: Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus, VPN.
- Clone, reimage, or install Windows OS; perform data migration and PC deployment.
- Onsite staging/configuration for laptops; test & commission equipment.
- UAT & documentation of system setups for customer reference.
- Act as backfill support for fixed sites (no travelling between multiple sites daily).
Requirements
- ITE Higher Nitec or Diploma in IT/IS/Computer Science or related.
- At least 1 year of desktop support experience.
- Hands‑on in hardware & software troubleshooting, Windows OS, MS Office.
- Familiar with software installation, patches, and updates.
- Good communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
- Positive learning attitude and able to work independently.
