Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver desktop support services, including troubleshooting and escalation when needed.
- Perform imaging/re-imaging of machines and asset inventory management.
- Handle technical escalations to 3rd party vendors or resolver groups.
- Update incident records, documentation, and work instructions.
- Ensure software, licenses, and operations comply with company standards.
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma graduate with at least 1 year of desktop support experience.
- Hands-on knowledge in Windows 10 and Microsoft 365.
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written English).
- At least one certification (CompTIA A+/Security+/Network+, Microsoft Certified Windows Client/Managing Modern Desktops).
- Experience in IT helpdesk/call center and remote support tools is an added advantage.
- Strong coordination, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
