Length of Contract: 12 Months (Renewable)
Responsibilities:
To provide day-to-day support for end-users' EUCD (End User Computing Devices) including:
- Trouble-shooting and problem resolution;
- Administration and Configuration;
- End User Account Management;
- End User Device Hardening and Lockdown;
- Image Build Management; and
- End User Briefings & Awareness Service.
The types of EUCD includes:
- Desktops;
- Notebooks;
- Printers, including multi-function devices (i.e. printers, scanners and fax devices);
- iPads or equivalent;
- Mobile Device;
- IP Telephones; and
- Other peripherals (e.g. external hard drives, mouse, smart-card readers, Thumbdrive, monitors).
Support and trouble-shoot problems will be relating to but not limited to the following:
- Hardware;
- Operating systems;
- Operating systems components/service packs;
- Registry settings;
- Device drivers;
- Compatibility testing;
- Connectivity (network and peripherals); and
- All components (hardware and software) that make up the EUCD
Requirements:
- Min.
ITE/ Diploma graduate with 1 year experience in desktop support - Min 1 year experience in Microsoft Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, GoMax and Secure email support
- Previous IT helpdesk and/or call centre support experience, including providing remote support via the telephone or using remote tool will be added advantages
