Job Description

  • Provide technical support (L1) to team members facing issues with their desktop systems.

  • Install, configure, and manage software and hardware systems.

  • Perform troubleshooting (L1) to diagnose and resolve problems.

  • Train team members on new technology and software.

  • Monitor system performance to ensure efficient operations.

  • Establish good relationships with team members to improve user experience.

  • Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of IT infrastructure.

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets to assist in budgeting and planning.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Desktop Support (L1) candidate should have:
