Skills you'll need:
- Perform wafer level characterizations on semiconductor devices (MOSFET, Diode, Resistor, Capacitor, BJT etc) and basic circuits.
- Design layout structures to evaluate new process and debug design or manufacturing issues.
- Analyze device silicon data for testchip projects, NPI yield debug and report to cross-functional teams.
- Support new fab process bring-up and design database tapeout.
Preferred Experience & Skills:
- Master's or PhD degree in EE, Physics, Material Science or related.
- Deep understanding of solid-state physics and semiconductor device physics.
- Strong knowledge of statistics, including probability theory, sampling, confidence intervals.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to work multi-tasks mode.
