As a Developer Productivity Engineer, you will focus on enhancing the overall software development efficiency by building tooling, optimizing processes, and driving automation practices to help engineering teams deliver high-quality software faster.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain efficient CI/CD pipelines to improve code delivery speed and quality.

Build and manage development toolchains including version control, build systems, test automation, and release management.

Monitor and analyze bottlenecks in development workflows, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Establish and promote code quality assurance practices such as static code analysis, unit test coverage, and code review processes.

Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions and technical support for productivity improvement.

Advocate and implement development standards, best practices, and technical guidelines to uplift team capabilities.

Research and adopt emerging development tools and technologies to continuously enhance developer experience.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field, with strong programming fundamentals.

Proficient with version control systems such as Git, including branching strategies and code merging.

Experience with CI tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar.

Skilled in automation scripting (e.g., Shell, Python, Groovy).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to drive cross-team cooperation.

Passionate about improving development workflows and developer experience through innovative solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms is a plus.

Prior experience in large-scale toolchain setup and process optimization preferred.

Experience with modern build systems (bazel, gn) is a good plus.
