The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Web3
DevOps/Backend Engineer
(ideally based in the
APAC
region) who’s passionate about building secure, scalable, and high-performance systems for real-time financial applications.
You’ll work with a team of world-class engineers on cloud infrastructure, backend architecture, and blockchain integrations - helping to design and deploy the systems that power on-chain financial protocols.

Tech Stack & Skills
Must-Have:
5+ years’ experience in TypeScript, Rust, Python, and modern backend frameworks (e.g. Node.js)
Strong grasp of databases, APIs, and distributed systems
Cloud expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure
Hands‐on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing
Understanding of blockchain architecture, DeFi protocols, and on‐chain data models
Proven ability to deliver secure, scalable backend systems
Solid fundamentals in computer science, software design, and networking
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with Solidity, cryptography, or zero‐knowledge proofs
Experience in the Ethereum or broader Web3 ecosystem
Contributions to open‐source projects
Background in computer science or related field
Participation in hackathons or personal blockchain projects
