Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA Testers, and Solution Architects to deliver technical solutions.
- Contribute to hands-on coding, scripting, and automation.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud infrastructure provisioning.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system security and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in applications and infrastructure.
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure adherence to IT management, quality management, and security policies.
- Oversee QA and testing processes to maintain quality, functionality, and compliance.
- Manage and resolve day-to-day IT issues related to applications, infrastructure, and security.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in DevOps / DevSecOps roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least 3 Agile/full project development life cycles.
- Strong expertise in cloud solutions (AWS mandatory; Government Commercial Cloud experience beneficial).
- Proven DevOps experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitLab, Jira, Confluence, SonarQube.
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) expertise using CloudFormation and Terraform.
- Experience in resolving application, infrastructure, and security issues in enterprise environments
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures, relational databases, Docker, and containerization.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, React, , C#, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS (preferred).
- Ability to build scripts and API integrations with knowledge of JWT, JWKS, Cognito, and Authorizers.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and web/mobile IT projects.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Amazon Q, or Gemini (added advantage).
- Strong design, coding, testing, and debugging skills.
