What You Will Own & Lead

End-to-end Campaign Ownership

  • Plan, execute, and continuously refine SEO strategies for assigned accounts
  • Translate business goals into search strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and growth
  • Anticipate issues and resolve them proactively without waiting for escalation

Client Leadership

  • Serve as the primary SEO contact for clients — present strategies, reports, and recommendations with confidence
  • Educate, influence and align stakeholders on SEO direction and prioritisation
  • Manage expectations professionally and build long-term client trust

Performance & Strategy

  • Analyse rankings, traffic, and behaviour metrics to surface insights — not just data
  • Recommend and justify on‑page, content and technical SEO changes with clear rationale
  • Work with internal teams (content, dev, paid, analytics) to execute improvements

Quality & Reliability

  • Ensure deliverables are accurate, strategic, and client‑ready without senior oversight
  • Keep campaigns on track — deadlines, documentation, communication, and results
  • Constantly identify new growth opportunities and propose next‑step initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Min.

    2 years of SEO experience
    in an agency or client‑facing SEO role (non‑negotiable)
  • Proven track record managing SEO campaigns end-to-end, not just assisting
  • Confident in client conversations, presenting insights, and defending recommendations
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs and SEO implementation workflows
  • Solid grounding in technical, on‑page and content SEO concepts
  • Able to juggle multiple accounts while staying structured, calm and dependable
  • Business-minded: you think in terms of growth, ROI and impact — not just keywords
  • A natural team player who collaborates well with content, tech, and AMs
