Location: Sengkang
Pay: $2,300 - $2,600
Working Hours: 11am-8pm/ 12pm-9pm (any 5 days in the week, inclusive of weekend and PH)
Job Responsibilities:
• Support and guide customers in creating their phone ID
• Assist customers in downloading and setting up the application
• Provide guidance on using the app, including changing of bill plans and activating eSIMs.
• Manage and assist with the Qmatic system for issuing queue numbers.
• Respond to and assist with any other customer queries or concerns.
Requirements:
• Min N/O/Nitec or Diploma in any field
• No experience is required as training will be provided
