The Role: What You'll Be Doing
We are looking for a creative and driven individual to support our HR branding and communications efforts.
You will help shape how we engage talent and promote our employer brand through compelling content and strategic campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing communication strategies that align with HR branding goals
- Creating engaging digital content such as posters, infographics, and videos for internal and external audiences
- Supporting recruitment, internship, and employee engagement campaigns through targeted communications
- Exploring and applying digital tools and platforms to enhance outreach and engagement
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve internal HR communication channels and user experience
- Designing marketing materials that reflect our employer value proposition
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights for continuous improvement
What Are We Looking For?
We're seeking someone with a passion for storytelling, branding, and digital media.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms
- Strong visual and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Experience in content creation or employer branding (preferred but not required)
