About the Role
- Create engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives conversions across various platforms.
- Develop compelling storytelling and direct response focus for paid ads, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
- Collaborate with external content creators to repurpose affiliate or customer content for ads, expanding our reach and influence.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest paid ad trends, creative formats, competitors, and best practices in content creation.
- Conduct thorough research and create comprehensive content briefs to inform campaign strategies.
- Design and execute A/B tests for hooks, visuals, captions, CTAs, and formats to optimize ad performance.
- Script, shoot, and edit high-quality video ads using industry-leading tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in paid ad content creation, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating direct-response ads optimized for conversions.
- In-depth understanding of paid ad creatives and their optimization for conversions across TikTok, IG Reels, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Able to self-shoot and edit high-quality videos, showcasing excellent production skills.
