Digital Content Producer (CMCD) (1 Year Temp Contract)
We are seeking a creative Digital Content Producer to develop engaging multimedia content that educates and inspires our audience, both individuals and employers to build skills for fulfilling careers and a vibrant workforce.
You should excel at conceptualising and creating content in multi-formats from short-form videos, visual stories, infographics or simple animation that aligns with our brand and objectives.
You should also be comfortable appearing in front of camera as a presenter or as a talent.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualise content ideas and mini campaigns aligned with objectives and audience insights
- Develop scripts, outlines and copy across video, social, and digital content
- Create storyboards to guide visual storytelling and production planning
- Create and edit multimedia content including videos, images, animations, and graphics
- Adapt content for different platforms (e.g., social media, websites, internal comms)
- Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to ensure content is on-brand and on-brief
- Manage content timelines and deliverables from concept to completion
- Stay current with digital content trends, tools and best practices
Qualifications
- Has at least 1 to 3 years of experience, with strong skills/competencies in storytelling, scriptwriting, and content planning.
This should be demonstrated through candidates' portfolio.
- Proficiency in videography, photography and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Experience in content production across different formats and platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a good sense of visual aesthetics
