Roles Summary / Purpose:
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Digital & E-Commerce Assistant Manager to manage and grow our online business across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and the brand's own Shopify store.
This role bridges strategy and execution — responsible for day-to-day e-commerce operations, paid digital marketing, and campaign performance optimization.
You will work closely with internal teams and external platform partners to drive traffic, improve conversion, and deliver sustainable sales growth.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operation for brand's online store across all e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop
Manage daily operation for brand own Shopify store.
Implement strategies and plans to drive traffic and increase conversion.
Effectively develop paid social media ads strategy to drive traffic and conversion.
To drive traffic to e-store and increase conversion via content marketing, social media and SEO/SEM.
Maintain strong collaborative relationship with platform partners (e.g Lazada, Shopee etc) to leverage their promotion tools & campaign for sales.
Drive e-commerce growth via tactical campaigns with established e-commerce campaign ecosystem (consumer journey).
Define and develop KPI framework to measure and track KPIs and ensure growth effectiveness.
Evaluate e-commerce campaign and spend effectiveness to ensure positive ROI and recommend data driven learnings for future campaigns
Responsible for budgetary compliance.
Coordinate with supply chain, finance, order fulfilment, and creative teams to ensure smooth execution
Any other task assigned by management.
Job Specifications/ Requirements :
Min.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or any related field.
4–6 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing, preferably within FMCG, retail, or consumer brands.
Strong hands-on experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and/or Shopify.
Solid knowledge of paid media (FB Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) and performance channels (SEO/SEM).
Data-driven, with proven ability to track KPIs, analyze ROI, and turn insights into actions.
Excellent coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams (supply chain, finance, fulfilment, creative).
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management, including collaboration with platform partners.
Proactive, results-oriented, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Added Advantage:
Previous experience mentoring or supervising junior team members.
Hands-on knowledge of Shopify backend and plugins.
Familiarity with consumer journey design and CRM tools.
Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners.
