About the Role
Through this role, you will be able to gain an understanding of: digital marketing & e-commerce in the environment of Travel Retail Asia Pacific, gaining exposure to best-in-class digital practices across fragrance, makeup & skincare category.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will be responsible for:
Digital Campaign Planning & Execution
Design & execute effective digital amplification programmes (e.g. livestreams, social media, display advertising) that drives commercial sales growthCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, commercial) to ensure digital campaigns are aligned with the IMC & commercial activities.Track & report campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness of activation & formulate actionable insights for future. Omnichannel Execution & In-Store Digitalisation
Work on O2O (online to offline and vice versa) campaigns (e.g. hotel bouncebacks, social media redemption mechanics, etc.) with internal and external partners.
Collaborate with global brand & digital tech teams to develop & adapt digital tools that elevate consumers’ shopping experiencesImplement guidelines in partnership with cross functional teams (marketing, merchandising, commercial, training) to ensure successful implementation in stores and promotional spaces across APAC region.Track commercial performance & gather feedback from commercial teams to further improve subsequent variations of tools. Leverage retailer’s customer database to create direct communications strategy and plan mechanics for targeted conversion.
Track channel, campaign, and creative performance to enhance future iterations.
Competitor Analysis Review & Digital Upskilling
Evaluate competitors’ digital & e-commerce activities across the region & share best practices/innovations from competitor brands, providing actionable insights for brandsAssist in upskilling extended team’s digital capabilities through providing insights into industry’s latest trends & happenings. ESSENTIAL:
Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jan 2026 to Jun 2026) for a full-time internship, including a 2-week handover period in Dec 2025.
Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese.
Must be able to speak and type in Chinese.
Self-motivated and self-starter, with strong ownership and learner mindset.
Possesses intellectual curiosity, with an appetite for problem solving and comfortable with changes and uncertainty.
Adaptable and articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interacting with a myriad of internal and external stakeholders.
