Job Summary
The Digital Learning Experience Lead oversees the development of high-quality eLearning courseware and digital learning content.
This leadership role is responsible for ensuring alignment with instructional goals, learner needs, brand guidelines, and technical standards.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive digital learning experiences including eLearning modules, videos, interactive simulations, microlearning, and blended learning solutions.
- Redesign graphic assets to meet client requirements.
- Reformat content layouts based on provided UI/theme.
- Create voiceovers using a machine voice generator.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager (PM) to ensure all work is completed and approved.
- Work closely with the Instructional Designer (ID) team to design engaging interactive courseware for adult learning.
- Perform video compositing and editing tasks.
- Test courseware to ensure it meets quality standards.
Leadership Expectations
- Manage multiple concurrent eLearning development projects from concept to delivery, meeting deadlines and expectations.
- Lead a team of content developers as needed.
- Define project scope, timelines, and production workflows.
- Review and provide quality assurance for all deliverables.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Animation, Motion Graphic, Visual Effect, Interactive Design, Video Production, or related qualifications.
At least 5 years of experience designing and creating eLearning courseware or using eLearning programs is required, along with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
A strong portfolio showcasing interactive eLearning and multimedia projects is essential.
