Film and edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut or similar mobile apps
Capture and edit high-quality food and lifestyle imagery for social media, website, and promotions
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all content
Community Engagement
Monitor and engage with followers; respond to comments, DMs, and reviews
Identify and collaborate with local food influencers and creators to grow brand reach
Campaign Management
Plan and execute digital campaigns for new menu launches, seasonal promos, and brand initiatives
Monitor campaign performance and refine strategies based on analytics and audience feedback
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Insights, and other social media dashboards to track performance
Prepare monthly performance reports and convert findings into actionable recommendations
E-Commerce Platform Support
Manage and update listings, menus, and promotions on delivery platforms like GrabFood, Foodpanda, and Deliveroo
Ensure menu accuracy, pricing, and promotional updates are current
General Marketing Support
Assist in photoshoots, marketing events, and branding activities
Support ad-hoc marketing tasks as required
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce / delivery platform handling
Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, and SEO software
Strong content skills (video, photo, short-form social media trends)
Data-driven, results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
