My client is a leading real estate firm, and they are looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive to join them.

In this role you would be responsible for end-to-end management of paid ad campaigns, including budget, bidding, and campaign performance.

Your experience in digital marketing and knowledge of the social media landscape would be key in identifying growth and engagement opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Paid Advertising and Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts and enhance paid ad campaigns across various social media platforms.

    This includes budget management, audience targeting, bidding strategies, community management, and content.

  • Market Research: Perform in-depth market analysis to identify target demographics, industry trends, and competitor tactics.

    Use this data to refine and optimize marketing efforts.

  • Digital Marketing Trends: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, especially in social media, to uncover new growth and engagement opportunities.

  • Collaboration and Content Creation: Work together with marketing team, content creators, designers, and developers to develop engaging content tailored to each platform's audience, ensuring alignment with the brand's voice and style.

  • Campaign Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and evaluate KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Lead Management: Oversee lead management and allocation to the sales team.

    Analyze feedback from the sales team to enhance lead quality from advertising campaigns.

  • Provide ad-hoc support for company events and other marketing activities as needed.

Key Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Marketing, or related discipline.

  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing - running content and campaigns (including paid advertising) across social media.

  • Experience in setting up, managing and optimizing campaigns using social media Ads Manager platforms.

  • Able to interpret campaign data and generate data-driven insights to drive decision making.

  • Creative and tech savvy.
