Overview
You’ll use a combination of creative thinking and practical industry knowledge to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for lead generation.

Operationally, you will need to collaborate with multiple teams within Hubble as well as liaise with external parties including Government agencies and industry authorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads and increase engagement, using industry best practices.
- Analyse and optimise campaigns to achieve maximum ROI, reducing cost per lead (CPL), and improving conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyse key metrics using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM), staying updated with the latest advancements in analytics.
- Implement tracking codes and event tags through GTM to capture valuable data and insights for campaign optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO and SEM trends, including programmatic SEO, backlink strategies, and on-page optimization, to refine strategies and align with evolving search engine algorithms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to enhance organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic.
- Utilise tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Search Console to track keyword rankings, backlink profiles, and website performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise website content and structure for search engines and user experience.
- Improve lead nurturing and engagement through effective email marketing campaigns, marketing automation, and CRM integration.
- Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Track and analyse social media metrics, researching and experimenting with new marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling digital content.
- Research overseas markets and identify effective channels for digital marketing engagement.
- Plan and manage budgets for all digital campaigns.
- Demonstrate excellent inbound marketing and English article writing capabilities.
What we need from you
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, SEO, SEM, and GTM implementation.
- Proven track record of improving lead acquisition, engagement, and website traffic.
- Expertise in tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO and analytics platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and backlink strategies.
- Proficiency in managing and optimising paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress and headless CMS like Strapi.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including copywriting and content creation.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
