Location: Hybrid Working Arrangement; In office for 1st 2 months, WFH after

Mon-Fri, 10am to 6pm

Social Media Content Creation
– Develop social media posts with creative copywriting, graphics & layouts.
Video Content Production
– Create short-form videos with compelling captions & storytelling.
Print Media Design
– Design brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing materials.
E-store Management
– Maintain & update product listings, images, & descriptions for online store.
Platform Management & Optimization
– Manage and grow presence on social media.
Community Engagement
– Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments to maintain positive customer relationships.
User-Generated Content Campaigns
– Plan and execute customer engagement initiatives to encourage authentic content sharing.
Influencer/KOL Collaborations
– Work with KOLs and KOCs to boost brand awareness.
Campaign Testing & Analysis
– Run A/B testing for marketing campaigns and optimize strategies.
Performance Optimization
– Constantly refine social media strategies for better engagement, reach, & conversions.
Cross-Team Collaboration
– Partner with sales and marketing teams to align content with business goals.
Event & Exhibition Content
– Create visual and video content for events and exhibitions.
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in graphic/video editing tools (Illustrator and Photoshop).
Creative thinker with strong communication and organizational skills.
