About the Company
We are a MAS-licensed Licensed Fund Management Company (LFMC) building a new digital platform for investors to discover, subscribe to, and manage fund products (unit trusts, ETFs, managed portfolios).
Job Description / Purpose
Own full-funnel growth for our wealth platform—acquire, activate, and retain retail investors—while partnering closely with Compliance/Legal to ensure every touchpoint meets MAS/SFA/FAA expectations and PDPA/DNC requirements.
This is a hands-on IC role with agency management.
Key Responsibilities
Acquisition & Performance
Plan/run paid mix (Search/YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, Display/Programmatic, affiliates/partners).
Deliver CPVA/CPFA, CAC payback, ROAS and AUM growth targets; manage budget & pacing.
Launch always-on and burst campaigns (fund listings, education series, seasonal moments).
SEO & Content (regulated)
Build keyword strategy & calendar for high-intent investing terms; ship compliant product pages, explainers, calculators.
Maintain technical SEO hygiene and structured data; grow non-brand rankings and organic sign-ups.
Lifecycle & CRM
Design onboarding/funding journeys (email, in-app, push/SMS) to drive KYC completion, first funding, DCA/recurring plans and retention.
Segment by investor profile/behaviour; run nurtures, win-backs, portfolio nudges.
Analytics, Attribution & Experimentation
Own GA4/Tag Manager and platform pixels; implement conversion APIs/server-side events where appropriate.
Build dashboards for KYC funded conversion, drop-offs, cohorts, AUM/revenue.
Run structured A/B tests across ads, landing pages, fees comms and UX.
Compliance Partnership
Operate a clear pre-approval workflow; keep records of approvals, disclaimers and targeting rules.
Ensure promotions avoid misleading performance claims and include required risk disclosures.
Stakeholders & Vendors
Manage agencies/freelancers (media, SEO, creatives) with tight briefs and success metrics.
Partner with Product/Engineering/Operations/CS to remove funnel friction and improve funding/retention.

Tools & Skills
Hands-on: Google Ads/YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn, GA4, Google Tag Manager, landing-page/CRO tools.
CRM/lifecycle: HubSpot/Braze/Iterable/Marketo (or similar).
Data literacy (Sheets/Excel; dashboards in Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI).
Knowledge
Familiar with MAS/SFA/FAA marketing expectations, PDPA/DNC, and operating via pre-approval.
Strong copy for regulated consumer finance; clear, fair, balanced messaging.
