Core Responsibilities:
● Create, manage, and optimise campaigns across all digital channels, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, affiliates, and others.
● Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns, including A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and landing pages, to ensure revenue maximisation and cost minimization.
● Work cross-functionally with business, product, tech, operations, and social to optimise programmes, campaigns, and landing pages based on real-time performance and ROI goals.
● Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation.
● Execute and manage all paid media campaigns directly and in alignment with internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
Technical Skills
● 4 - 5 years of hands-on campaign and budget management experience with high-growth consumer tech startups, / ecommerce companies, / digital marketing agencies
● Proven experience in running performance campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPT, etc.) and display campaigns across Google, Facebook, YouTube, Bing, affiliates, and ad networks Experience with tools including Google Adwords, Keyword Tools, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads/Business Manager, YouTube Ads, DV360, Branch/AppsFlyer and others
● Prior experience in app marketing will be highly preferred.
● Experience running programmatic, reach, frequency/awareness based campaigns across digital channels would be a plus.
● A solid understanding of digital marketing.
Proficiency in performance marketing channels and user acquisition KPIs
● Previous experience working with ecommerce companies / marketing agencies
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful paid search marketing and app acquisitions for the Vietnam market
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and derive meaningful insights using Google Analytics and MMP for mobile app acquisitions
