My Queen is a prenatal and postpartum centre dedicated to empowering women throughout their maternal journey.

As a growing startup, we are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing (Short-Term) professional to support the planning, execution, and optimization of our online marketing efforts.

Promoting our services through digital channels offers immense potential — and we’re looking for someone who can turn that potential into real impact.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate is a creative and tech-savvy individual with a strong passion for marketing and technology.

You will play a key role in strengthening My Queen’s digital presence, managing our bilingual website (English and Chinese), and driving engagement across our online channels.

You will work closely with the founders and leadership team, gaining hands-on experience and contributing ideas that shape our brand’s growth and influence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand presence and foster strong connections with our audience
  • Manage and monitor the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, WeChat, Weibo)
  • Launch and optimize online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to boost visibility and awareness
  • Contribute to SEO initiatives including keyword research, metadata, and image optimization to improve search rankings
  • Create and distribute engaging content (blog posts, newsletters, promotional emails) across digital channels
  • Generate creative content marketing ideas and regularly update the company’s website
  • Improve website design and content to enhance user experience
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and WebTrends
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends and apply new insights to refine strategies
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, tools, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with B2C social media management, Google Ads, email marketing, and SEO/SEM
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and WebTrends
  • Skilled in creative content writing and digital storytelling
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma in Marketing or related field
  • Able to commit to at least 4 months (internship or short-term contract)
