Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist , you will be integral to shaping and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy to enhance our online presence.
This position involves developing and launching innovative campaigns that drive sales and boost brand visibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) and SEM campaigns (Google Ads etc) to improve organic search rankings and online visibility.
Conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and optimize ad campaigns to drive traffic, improve conversions, and ensure cost-effective spending.
- Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing : Plan, execute, and monitor PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
Continuously track CTR, CPC, and ROI , optimizing campaigns through A/B testing and audience targeting.
- Social Media Marketing : Manage and expand the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, XHS, TikTok , and other platforms through organic content and paid campaigns.
Track performance, engage with followers, and collaborate with influencers to boost reach.
- Manage and update website content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience for better engagement and conversions.
Track website analytics and implement improvements based on insights.
- Email & Lead Generation Campaigns : Create and implement targeted email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp to nurture leads and improve conversions.
Use segmentation, automation, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
- Campaign Planning : Develop, implement, and manage cross-channel marketing campaigns , setting clear objectives, KPIs, and timelines.
Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversion rates .
- Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights , and CRM dashboards.
Generate reports and insights to refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.
- Competitor & Market Research : Monitor competitor strategies and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization.
Conduct ongoing research on customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
