What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities):
As a key member of our team, you will directly influence the ROI of our company's international business.
- ROI-Focused Campaign Optimization: Manage the end-to-end advertising process on platforms like Meta and LinkedIn. With a sharp focus on Cost Per Valid Lead (CPVL), you will continuously refine and optimize campaign strategies to maximize return on investment.
- Data Integrity & Process Alignment: Ensure all campaign data is meticulously tracked and meets our high standards for granularity.
You will work closely with our sales teams and overseas branches to align on lead quality, creating a seamless and efficient data feedback loop.
- Explore New Channels & Markets: Once key performance indicators are met, you will have the opportunity to research and test emerging platforms (such as TikTok, X) and new geographic markets, identifying the next growth opportunities for the department and the company.

Foundational Skills & Professional Background:
- Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in paid social media advertising (Meta/LinkedIn preferred).
We also welcome outstanding entry-level professionals with a strong drive and relevant data analysis internship experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using major advertising platform tools, with solid skills in data processing and report creation.
- AI Acumen: A good practical understanding of AI tools and a strong willingness to continuously learn and explore their applications.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with proficiency in both Chinese and English (speaking, understanding, and writing).
