Job Overview

We are seeking a
Digital Marketing Specialist
to join our marketing agency team and drive impactful campaigns for our clients' brands.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in a
digital marketing agency
, is comfortable with
account management
, and can combine strategy, execution, and copywriting to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media.

  • Develop multi-channel strategies (social, search, display, email) aligned with client and company goals.

Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing insights, reporting, and recommendations.

  • Ensure timely delivery of campaign activities and deliverables.

Content & Copywriting

  • Write compelling ad copy, email campaigns, social posts, and landing page content.

  • Collaborate with creative/design teams to develop engaging assets.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

  • Prepare and present reports with actionable insights for optimization.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and recommend new opportunities.

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in digital marketing.

  • Prior
    agency experience
    is a strong plus.

  • Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, SEO basics).

  • Experience with
    account management
    and client-facing communication.

  • Excellent
    copywriting skills
    with a strong eye for detail.

  • Tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts/campaigns at once.

  • Available full-time,
