Overview
We are seeking a versatile Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to own and execute key areas of our marketing strategy.
This is a hands-on role for a creative individual who is passionate about content creation, community building, and driving growth.
You will be responsible for everything from crafting compelling email newsletters and producing engaging video content to forging strategic partnerships and building our affiliate marketing program from the ground up.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a natural storyteller, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management: Ideate, film, and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube), website, and ad campaigns.
Develop and manage a content calendar, ensuring a consistent and on-brand presence across all digital platforms.
Write, design, and deploy compelling email marketing campaigns and newsletters to nurture leads and drive sales.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Proactively identify, outreach to, and build relationships with on-brand influencers, content creators, and potential brand partners.
Manage collaboration campaigns from negotiation and briefing to execution and reporting.
Act as the primary liaison for our livestreaming partners, coordinating schedules, product samples, and promotional details to ensure successful live commerce events.
- Affiliate Marketing: Spearhead the development and launch of our company's affiliate marketing program.
Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of high-quality affiliates and publishers.
Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance to maximize reach and ROI.
- Strategy & Analytics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) across all responsible channels, including email engagement, social media growth, content performance, and partnership ROI.
Use data-driven insights to inform content strategy and optimize campaigns for better results.
Stay current with industry trends, new platform features, and best practices in digital marketing, content creation, and e-commerce.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a digital marketing, content creation, or social media role, preferably within an e-commerce or D2C brand.
- Demonstrable experience in video production, including filming with a smartphone or DSLR and editing using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with experience writing engaging newsletters, social media captions, and outreach emails.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and content best practices (especially TikTok and Instagram).
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- A portfolio showcasing examples of video content, social media campaigns, or written work is required.
Bonus Points (Preferred but not required):
- Direct experience in building or managing an affiliate marketing program.
- Experience working with livestreamers or in a live commerce environment.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
- Working knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
