Key Responsibilities
Support the Media Director in ensuring high client satisfaction scores by maintaining a pulse on the relationship
Lead the daily operations of the account with clients and agency partners
Build and maintain relationships at appropriate levels within client organizations
Possess knowledge of digital channels, including tracking, web analytics, trafficking, and SEO
Manage platform experience in social, search, and/or programmatic campaigns, including account setup, strategy development, and management
Develop strategies and provide recommendations based on analytics, marketing, and research concepts
Manage workflow of all client campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve campaign objectives
Organize and delegate tasks, being sensitive to the needs of reporting staff, and address buying and planning issues
Identify opportunities to generate revenue from existing relationships and leverage cases to create new ones
Assist in mentoring and developing team members
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a media agency
Proficiency in digital media and the ability to think across the media mix; hands-on experience with various technology platforms, especially CPAS campaigns, is highly preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills (written and oral)
Deep understanding of media terminology and concepts
Commercial acumen
Attention to detail and numeracy skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience in mentoring and managing junior planners/executives
