Key Responsibilities
- Support the Media Director in delivering high client satisfaction and maintaining strong client relationships
- Lead day-to-day running of the account with clients and agency partners
- Drive relationships at appropriate levels within client organizations
- Demonstrate knowledge of digital channels and understand digital infrastructure including tracking, web analytics, trafficking and SEO
- Manage social, search and/or programmatic campaigns (setup, strategy development, organization and management)
- Create strategies and make recommendations based on analytics, marketing and research concepts
- Manage daily workflow of all client campaigns, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders including creative agencies and media owners
- Organise and delegate, addressing reporting needs across buying and planning issues
- Identify opportunities to drive revenue from existing relationships and leverage cases to create new opportunities
- Assist in mentoring and developing team members
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a media agency
- Conversant with digital media; hands-on experience with technology platforms, with a focus on CPAs campaigns preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written or oral)
- Strong understanding of media terminology and concepts
- Commercial acumen, attention to detail and numeracy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in mentoring and managing junior planners/executives
