Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for virtual account management solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and finance teams to implement seamless payment processes.
- Support integration of virtual accounts with core banking and payment systems.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and user guides.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and optimize workflows.
- Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project alignment.
- Support testing, UAT, and issue resolution during system rollouts.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users as needed.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, payments, and virtual accounts.
- Experience with payment systems, reconciliation, and process documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- 8-12 years of experience in banking or payments domain.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time.
