Job description
The Digital Product Owner is a critical role within the User Services and experience Platforms (USP) service line within the Enterprise Business Group, tasked with leading and managing digital platforms - including e-commerce portals, mobile applications, and business portals - to drive digital sales, enhance customer self-service experiences, and support operational efficiency.
This role requires blending strategic product thinking, commercial insight, technical collaboration, and leadership capability in a fast-paced, high-growth digital environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day operations and transformation initiatives for digital platforms (e-commerce, app, portal), supporting sales, client self-service, product launches, and campaign executions.
Support onboarding of new purchase journeys, offers, and campaigns while managing timely updates and campaign readiness on digital platforms.
Work closely with internal teams (Inside Sales, Service Line, Sales Ops, Product, Marcom, Brand, SEO, UX/UI, Data Analytics) and vendors to define, develop, and deliver new digital features and improvements.
Define and manage the agile product backlog of purchase journeys, optimize team velocity, and document user stories, process flows, and testing plans.
Evolve the website and app experience to drive product awareness and digital sales.
Champion continuous UX enhancements, platform capabilities upgrades, and best-in-class user journeys.
Monitor, report, and analyze digital sales performance, website metrics (CVR, page traffic, bounce rate, etc.), identify drop-off issues, and recommend optimization strategies.
Establish and maintain content governance processes, website documentation (site structure, change logs), QA, and publishing SOPs.
Ensure ongoing compliance with brand, legal, and regulatory standards.
Lead, guide, and coach operations or project team members.
Promote proactive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Communications, Web Technologies, Marketing, or related field.
At least 7 years' proven experience as a Digital Product Owner, preferably in telco, FMCG, or large-scale digital/web environments.
Hands-on experience with enterprise Content Management Systems (Adobe Experience Manager strongly preferred).
Proven expertise in web/app development, digital sales analysis/reporting, UX/UI principles, and digital project management.
Proficiency with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), A/B and multivariate testing, and SEO fundamental
