Role Overview
Digital Risk and Compliance (DRC) / Risk, Regulation & Compliance (RR&C)
professionals transform the risk and compliance management function from isolated transactions to a strategic, entity-wide scope, covering investment, financing, and operational decisions.


Responsibilities
Manage project work or specific work streams in DRC/RR&C service line.


Supervise project teams across strategy, governance, process excellence, regulatory reform, and performance insights.


Assist clients throughout project lifecycle, including process redesign, communication, and training.


Collaborate with client’s business units to understand risk processes and develop procedures.


Define and document complex business specifications for risk platforms.


Business Development
Maintain client contact, lead pursuit teams, and contribute to proposal development.


Domain Development
Develop intellectual capital, conduct research, support marketing, and publish industry articles.


Relevant experience within consulting or banking is essential.


Experience levels vary: 3-7 years (Consultants), 7-15 years (Managers/Senior Managers), over 15 years (Principal Directors).


Expertise in risk management, data analytics, IRM/GRC tools, control design, operational resilience, third-party risk, technology risk, data governance, project delivery, and change management.


People management and leadership skills required for Managers and above.


Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.


People Development
Managers and above are expected to coach, participate in staffing, recruitment, and practice building activities.
