Job Description
The Digital Services Manager will support the planning, design, and delivery of digital initiatives.
This includes working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to enhance user experience, improve service delivery, and ensure alignment with digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support service journey discovery UX/UI design reviews for ongoing digital service revamp projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and business users on the administration, planning, and management of RPA projects, using tools such as UiPath.
- Maintain and support content management of the intranet portal, using platforms such as SharePoint Online.
- Coordinate with vendors on design documentation, feedback loops, and implementation timelines.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of digital analytics reporting (e.g., Whole of Government Application Analytics WOGAA tracking).
- Assist in the creation of SOPs and operational documentation for digital platforms.
- Provide input on design systems and service enhancements based on user and stakeholder feedback.
- Any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned.
Requirements
- Possess Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
- Strong background in digital service delivery, UX/UI design, RPA implementation, or intranet content management.
- Experience working with Singapore government digital platforms or vendor management is preferred.
- Able to work independently and contribute meaningfully to design, automation, and analytics processes.
This is a 1-year Contract position under People Advantage(Certis Group).
