In this role, you will design competitive rewards programmes, digitalise HR processes, and enhance organisational efficiency to create real impact for our people and our business.
What You Will Do
Shape Total Rewards excellence
- Lead annual salary reviews, performance bonus planning, and benefits renewal.
- Develop innovative benefits and manage vendor partnerships.
- Benchmark compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
- Conduct job evaluations, salary benchmarking, and cost analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Oversee global mobility, international assignments, and expatriate management.
- Lead Total Rewards projects, statutory reporting, and audits.
- Stay ahead of FMCG and market trends to continuously evolve our rewards strategy.
Lead HR digitalisation
- Drive the digitalisation and optimisation of HR systems and processes for greater efficiency and business impact.
- Oversee HR system administration, implementation, and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Identify people cost challenges and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Continuously improve HR operational processes to raise effectiveness.
- Partner with tax consultants on remuneration-related processes.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- At least 6 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and HRIS functions.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing impactful HR programmes.
Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving and logical reasoning.
- Skilled communicator who can engage effectively at all levels.
- Agile and results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
