We are looking for a Digital Training Expert for the Training department at Sartorius.
In this role you will be responsible for developing and delivering internal training courses / programs and for providing an efficient and effective support service to the local Learning and Development / Training team.
You will oversee the administration of a dedicated training portfolio including event management, participant communication, material production and billing.

This position is available for full-time.
It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

- Design and develop engaging learning resources and content, collaborating with SMEs to ensure clarity and attractiveness
- Assist SMEs in identifying and co-creating relevant content, managing the content life cycle, and eliminating repetitions
- Advise and support learning initiatives with expertise in training settings and formats
- Review, maintain, and archive content across various formats
- Support the development and review of resources, formats, and channels
- Implement a template-based approach and train-the-trainer lessons
- Manage internal and external platforms like SharePoints and websites
- Engage with internal teams through networking and marketing activities
- Provide support during events and manage employee data
- Research new learning methods and trends, and produce digital learning content

- Background in life sciences/biopharma and understanding of customer application processes is a plus
