GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.
**Role Overview:**
The role involves collaborating with the training team to understand current certification workflows and contribute to their digitization using Covalent.
Key responsibilities include researching and identifying areas for improvement, testing solutions, and creating documentation and training materials for end-users.
The individual will work with cross-functional teams to integrate Covalent into existing systems, ensure functionality, and support training initiatives such as VR development, workshops, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
Success requires strong technical, analytical, and collaborative skills to drive process improvements and enhance workflows.
**Ideal Candidate**
The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented and collaborative individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
They should have experience in process improvement, workflow digitization, and familiarity with software tools.
