About the Role
Our client, a healthcare technology company with a strong regional presence, is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to drive process automation, data strategy, and system innovation across its business units.
The role combines project leadership, change management, and strategic digital enablement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across departments (finance, HR, clinical operations).
- Map existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design automation solutions using AI, RPA, and analytics tools.
- Manage digital roadmap and prioritise initiatives aligned with business growth goals.
- Collaborate with IT, data, and operations teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
- Develop change management frameworks and ensure strong user adoption.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend pilots or investments.
- Track and report ROI, cost-savings, and efficiency metrics to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in digital transformation, business process improvement, or management consulting.
- Hands-on with ERP, CRM, or data analytics tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about digital healthcare innovation and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in healthcare, medtech, or life sciences sector.
- Familiarity with robotic process automation (UiPath, Power Automate) and Power BI dashboards.
