Reports To: Project Manager / Safety Manager
The Digitalisation Engineer will support the implementation of digital solutions for construction site activities, focusing on safety records, attendance, Toolbox meetings, and inspection databases.
The role is designed for Diploma graduates with exposure to construction or IT tools, with training provided by TPS.
Operate and maintain digital attendance systems (tablet-based, subcontractor-wise).
Support the use of AI transcription tools to generate Toolbox meeting notes.
Digitalise safety inspection checklists (harnesses, ladders, scaffolds) into a central database.
Assist in preparing weekly manhour and compliance reports.
Coordinate with subcontractors and site supervisors for data entry and verification.
Provide basic user training for site staff on digital tools.
Diploma in Engineering, Construction, IT, or related discipline.
1–3 years of site experience (construction, safety, or digitalisation).
Familiar with Excel, Google Workspace, or Microsoft tools.
Knowledge of BIM/AppSheet/PowerApps is an advantage (training will be provided).
Good communication and documentation skills.
