- Working Hours: 10-hour shifts (inclusive of a 1-hour break).
- Specific shift timings will be discussed during the interview.
Salary: $4,000+ per month (Salary will be based on experience)
Days off: 4 days per month

Job Scope & Requirements
- Expertly prepare a wide range of traditional Chinese dim sum.
- Must be highly skilled in making various classic dim sum wrappers (e.g., crystal skin, flaky pastry, yeasted buns, glutinous rice flour skin).
- Proficient in creating signature dishes such as Har Gow, Siu Mai, Char Siu Bao, etc.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and kitchen hygiene.
- Requires basic English and fluent Mandarin for effective team communication.
