We are looking for a high‑performing strategy lead at a director level who has a strong aspiration in the drinks sector and wants to turbocharge their professional growth with a hands‑on experience in the industry.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage and lead strategic agenda, defining priorities and shaping the agenda with senior stakeholders.
- Proactively support VP, APAC Strategy and APAC leadership in developing mid‑long‑term strategies and cross‑functional initiatives.
- Navigate and delegate to deliver the annual Strategic Planning Cycle, executive materials and annual strategy plans.
- Assist President, APAC and leadership team in supporting senior shareholder requests and driving stakeholder value.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified with 8+ years of diversified top tier strategy consulting or in‑house strategy experience within APAC region.
- Proven record of bringing strategy to execution within APAC and driving change.
- Experience in a multinational consumer products business or spirits industry and commercial experience in APAC region.
- Advanced proficiency in building executive‑level presentations in PowerPoint.
- Outstanding intuition with data, analytics and insights, including advanced Excel modeling skills.
- Cross‑functional and global way of working with flexibility – proven experience working across multiple functions to deliver total business performance solutions.
- Good financial (PL, BS, CF), marketing and business fundamentals knowledge.
- International background/experience, passion for multicultural environment, ability to work across locations and time‑zones is desirable.
