Specific Accountabilities:
- Improve the top-line growth and bottom-line profitability of our clusters in APAC via structured business development and revenue management within BU Land Transport
- Manage internally pricing and solution design activities for large Land opportunities with cross-border & cross-cluster elements.
Be the window to our tender management organization.
- Provide functional guidance to Cluster BD, field sales and solution design resources within BU Land APAC
- Engage with our Vertical Market team on regional level to develop industry specific solutions, align on suitable target customers and build a strong pipeline of new business.
- Review sales pipeline development and key opportunities with clusters regularly.
- Arrange by yourself or participate in customer meetings regarding large Land Transport opportunities where value-adding.
- Build lean + digital sales & pricing processes for Land Transport to enable fast & effective scaling of the business with strong profit margins.
- Contribute ideas and drive innovation of our Land products based on customer feedback and market potential.
- Establish revenue management with a focus on rate adjustment mechanism, surcharge applicability and tariff developments.
