Specific Accountabilities:
Improve the top-line growth and bottom-line profitability of our clusters in APAC via structured business development and revenue management within BU Land Transport
Manage internally pricing and solution design activities for large Land opportunities with cross-border & cross-cluster elements.
Be the window to our tender management organization.
Provide functional guidance to Cluster BD, field sales and solution design resources within BU Land APAC
Engage with our Vertical Market team on regional level to develop industry specific solutions, align on suitable target customers and build a strong pipeline of new business.
Review sales pipeline development and key opportunities with clusters regularly.
Arrange by yourself or participate in customer meetings regarding large Land Transport opportunities where value-adding.
Build lean + digital sales & pricing processes for Land Transport to enable fast & effective scaling of the business with strong profit margins.
Contribute ideas and drive innovation of our Land products based on customer feedback and market potential.
Establish revenue management with a focus on rate adjustment mechanism, surcharge applicability and tariff developments.
