Key Requirements
  • Result oriented candidate with a proven track record of selling IT services (application and infra) and Cloud based SaaS platforms in Singapore.

  • Exposure to new business development with CXO connects and experience selling to FS clients.

  • Sales / business development experience within the banking industry.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to understand client side requirements and articulate our value proposition effectively.

    Proactive approach and ability to work in an unstructured environment are musts.

  • Experience working in an offshore global delivery model.

Experience
  • 12+ years of relevant experience.

Critical Success Factors
  • Knowledge of Banking Domain / Financial Services and ability to present products, platforms and services to clients and prospects.

  • Direct sales and account management experience around banking applications (i.e. casa, deposits, loans, trade, cash mgmt.), front end digital channels.

  • Deep understanding and successful track record of managing and closing contract negotiations for platforms, products and services projects.

  • Managed end to end sales cycle and won multi year $15-20Mn+ contracts.

  • Ability to work with partners and drive the business strategy for assigned accounts.
