Overview
To lead a team to be the customer facing unit for all operations related matters pertaining to customers' needs and requirements in their respective DC halls.
To provide and ensure a high level of customer experience, delivering full end to end operational support services to customers.
To ensure a well-run operations team that delivers optimal customer experience and meets all SLAs. To ensure all equipment and buildings are optimally maintained.
To manage allocated expenditures (OPEX and CAPEX) within the approved allocations for implementation across all DCs. To lead, motivate, and ensure all DC staff are well trained.
To engage customers and various institutions as necessary to resolve issues.
To support the Operations Team in the various DCs on a 24x7 basis.

- Lead a team to be the customer facing unit for all operations related matters pertaining to customers needs and requirements in their respective DC halls.
- Provide and ensure a high level of customer experience, delivering full end to end operational support services to customers pertaining to the customers DC hall, from customer reports to customer fit outs requirements.
- Manage the department by providing leadership, coaching, training, mentorship, and overall development of the employees.
- To ensure all equipment and buildings are optimally maintained.
- Manage resources in manpower, capital and operating expenses within the team.
Ensure resources are leveraged in the most optimum, efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Strategize and lead the department towards optimization and digitalization and deploy data analytics to improve the DCs resiliencies and efficiencies.
- Develop and integrate the existing Building Management System (BMS) and Environmental Monitoring System (EMS), introduce IoT sensors for AI, and collect data for machine learning to improve DC performance.
- Review and reform the existing DC network and IT system to ensure ability to meet all DC audit requirements as well as cybersecurity.
- Ensure all processes are well documented and updated regularly.
- Ensure all procurement processes are followed.
- Update management on overall performance status and activities for the department.
- Support the operations team that runs on a 24x7 basis to meet all operational needs.
Skills for Success
- Degree in IT Network, Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Facilities Management or related disciplines
- More than 15 years of experience in Mission Critical Facilities
