The Lead Management Director will design and execute the end-to-end lead generation, qualification, and conversion framework.
The role works closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to build a measurable customer acquisition funnel and drive revenue growth in the dynamic data center sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a global lead management strategy and governance framework.
- Design and optimize lead qualification models (MQL, SQL, Opportunity).
- Build and manage centralized CRM dashboards to track lead visibility, conversion, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Regional Sales teams to ensure high-quality lead flow and feedback mechanisms.
- Establish standardized lead scoring, nurturing, and re-engagement processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing/sales, with at least 5 years in lead management or demand generation.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement scalable processes.
- Experience in technology, IT services, or data center industry is preferred.
