Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Display Manager to work on one of dentsu's largest regional accounts.
Key accountabilities
Fully understand client business objectives / communication objectives and ensure these are translated into meaningful platform strategies.Develop and foster an effective working relationship with our display vendors and discover new vendors for the client.Working closely with the Display Lead to develop a road map for the client and future proofing their display strategyAttend and represent the team at regular external and internal client meetings, including status meetings, briefing sessions, campaign reviews, QBRs etc.Be responsible for the development of members of your team, including the setting of personal objectives and performance reviews.Actively mentor and empower your team to increase quality and performance on your clientsBe responsible for the delivery of revenue across the clients within your team and pursue all potential cross sell / up sell opportunitiesWorking closely with the display director to assess and develop ways of working internally with account teams, feeding into processes that will drive efficiency.Be responsible for the timely and accurate billing and reconciliation of campaign spend / income by your team to ensure suppliers are paid on time, and clients are invoiced on timeQualifications
3+ years’ experience in channel planning & executing campaigns2+ years’ experience in team management and/or mentoring and coaching others.Passionate about and engaged with the fast-changing world of display, online video, programmatic and digital marketingStrongly numerate and comfortable manipulating data setsArticulate presenter, with the ability to present to senior clients and internal agency teams, comfortable with showing what data means and how action can be taken based upon itCommitment to deliver first class work every time, and never leave a quality issue uncheckedDiligence and attention to detail in vendor management and reportingCommercially minded - selling value, negotiation, client relationship management skills, how to be a trusted business advisorExcellent planning, analytical and organisational skills alongside high attention to detailGood understanding of planning Display campaigns across the various mechanisms, platforms and buying modelsProficiency in Keynote, Numbers, and Excel.
