Role: Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager (APAC & MEA)
Reports to: Head of HR, APAC as well as the Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Diversity, Inclusion & Wellbeing Manager to lead and implement our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) strategy across the Asia Pacific and Middle East & Africa regions.
Working closely with regional and global HR teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners, this role is pivotal in advancing our firm’s commitment to building an inclusive, equitable, and engaged workplace.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can also deliver high-quality, hands-on work independently.
The successful candidate must be able to influence senior stakeholders, work across functions and geographies, and manage a dynamic portfolio of DEI and wellbeing initiatives.
