Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Document Control Clerk.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a candidate with a willingness to learn and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide administrative support in the tracking, controlling, distribution, and archiving of quality management system documents.
The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the processing, filing, and archiving of quality documents (e.g., procedures, work instructions, specifications, reports) in both electronic and hard copy formats.
Support the document control cycle, including numbering, logging, tracking, and distributing documents.
Help maintain the master list of controlled documents to ensure accuracy and current status.
Ensure that obsolete documents are promptly removed from all points of issue.
Provide clerical support to the Quality team, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
Assist in the preparation of quality reports and meeting minutes as required.
Learn and adhere to company quality policies and document control procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the efficiency and integrity of the document management system.
Qualifications and Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
A background in Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is considered a strong advantage.
No prior work experience is required; we welcome fresh graduates and candidates eager to start their career.
A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn are essential.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Must be able to adapt and perform under a certain degree of work pressure.
Working Conditions
Working Hours: 5-day work week, 9 hours per day (including break), 44 hours per week.
Overtime: Overtime work will be compensated according to local labor regulations.
